The wash cloth

A common challenge we run into is a lack of access to ice packs and heating pads. You never know when you'll need them, and they can be a challenge to travel with. So our solution? The wash cloth!

Need some heat? Dampen the cloth with really hot water, or put a damp cloth in the microwave for 30 seconds. Put the cloth into a sandwich-size resealable plastic bag and place where you need it.

Need some cold? Dampen the cloth with cool water, then place it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Put the cloth into a sandwich-size resealable plastic bag and place where you need it.

Simple fix.
